Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, document, and model business requirements according to organizational standards
- Create and develop analysis documents based on UML standards
- Test and evaluate product features and processes
- Communicate with the product owner and business stakeholders to gather and assess system needs and requirements
- Participate in working sessions with the technical team or key stakeholders to present product features and obtain approval
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering (Systems Analysis)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software/Business Analyst
- Extensive knowledge of software engineering requirements and documentation with respect to standard analysis and object-oriented design
- Expertise in software and business analysis and requirements documentation
- Familiarity with financial, investment, and stock exchange systems
- Familiarity with programming, SQL, BPMN, RUP, and UML
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage time, and prioritize tasks
