Job Description:
- Establishing effective communication and collaboration with the business stakeholders, development, and technical teams
- Participating in the development of the Product Roadmap
- Prioritizing development for product modules and features
- Managing backlogs and continuously updating them
- Summarizing, documenting, and prioritizing product requirements
- Ensuring clarity and transparency of requirements for the development team
- Providing work breakdown structures, release plans, and execution schedules
- Delivering regular reports on product status and development progress
- Determining team capacity based on a weighting system and sprint goal setting
- Actively participating in team sprint planning and clarifying assigned tasks for the development team
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
- Relevant education in IT or Industrial Engineering
- Experience working in Scrum operational environments
- Proficiency in work breakdown structures based on different layers of the Scrum methodology
- Strong command of Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with Jira tools, configurations, and workflows (experience with Jira's Big Picture tool is a plus)
- Understanding of Agile concepts and frameworks
- Familiarity with product testing processes
- Ability to collect data and document processes
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Solid understanding of product testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of aligning teams and managing expectations across multiple stakeholders
