Job Position Description:

Responsibilities: 

  •  Creating content for social media platforms and internal communication channels
  • Contributing to ideation, coordination, and execution of internal and external campaigns and events
  • Managing the company's various social media accounts
  • Continuously following up on projects to ensure their timely execution
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to enhance candidate experience
  • Actively participating in the onboarding process of new employees

Requirements:

  •  Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proactive attitude and persistence in task completion
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to engage constructively with colleagues
  • Ability to propose and implement creative ideas
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different situations
  • Familiarity with various HR processes is considered an advantage.
