Job Description:

•   Gather, analyze, document, and model business requirements according to organizational standards
• Create and develop analysis documents based on UML standards
• Test and evaluate product features and processes
• Communicate with the product owner and business stakeholders to gather and assess system needs and requirements
• Participate in working sessions with the technical team or key stakeholders to present product features and obtain approval

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering (Systems Analysis)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software/Business Analyst
• Extensive knowledge of software engineering requirements and documentation with respect to standard analysis and object-oriented design
• Expertise in software and business analysis and requirements documentation
• Familiarity with financial, investment, and stock exchange systems
• Familiarity with programming, SQL, BPMN, RUP, and UML
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage time, and prioritize tasks
